Identify the Healthcare Needs of the Destination Country

Before initiating the recruitment process, we assess the specific healthcare needs of the destination country. These needs could vary based on:

  • Demand for particular roles (e.g., nurses, physicians, healthcare assistants, etc.)
  • Required qualifications and skills
  • Language proficiency requirements (e.g., English or other relevant languages)

For example, if a country is facing a shortage of registered nurses, the focus would be on recruiting nurses with appropriate certifications and experience.

Partner with Licensed Recruitment Agencies

Sri Lanka has a number of licensed recruitment agencies authorized to send healthcare professionals abroad. We have partnered with these agencies to ensure the process is legal and streamlined. These agencies help with:

  • Identifying qualified candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process (from shortlisting to interviews)
  • Ensuring candidates meet regulatory requirements
  • Managing paperwork, contracts, and other legal obligations


    Candidate Selection and Interviews

    After candidates are identified, employers typically conduct interviews, either virtually or in- person (through us and recruitment drives in Sri Lanka). The process generally involves:

    • Screening based on qualifications, certifications, and experience
    • Language proficiency tests if required (e.g., English or destination country’s language)
    • Medical and background checks
